簡 歷:
張海倉,博士,曾任哥倫比亞大學(xué)博后科學(xué)家,字節(jié)跳動算法工程師。主要研究方向為生物信息(AI蛋白質(zhì)設(shè)計和計算基因組學(xué))和生成式AI模型。設(shè)計了預(yù)測基因變異致病性預(yù)測算法MVP、gMVP和DiffAffinity;開發(fā)了蛋白質(zhì)設(shè)計算法CarbonDesign, CarbonNovo, AbX;開發(fā)了蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)測算法CarbonFold。致力于建立生物大分子(蛋白質(zhì)、DNA、RNA)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)測和設(shè)計的統(tǒng)一生成模型。
