唐光明在日本京都大學(xué)取得博士學(xué)位,于2016年9月加入計(jì)算技術(shù)研究所,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)聚焦于新原理處理器研究,相關(guān)研究工作已被IEEE國際器件與系統(tǒng)路線圖(IRDS 2018、2020、2021、2022、2023、2024)收錄。
