主要從事高通量眾核處理器以及圖計算加速結構研究,作為核心骨干參與高性能眾核處理器Godson-T、高通量眾核處理器DPU等多款眾核芯片的研制。主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點研發(fā)計劃、中科院先導等課題十余項。在包括MICRO、HPCA、TC、TPDS等在內的領域知名會議/期刊上發(fā)表學術論文100余篇,授權發(fā)明專利20余項。入選中科院青促會優(yōu)秀會員,曾獲北京市技術發(fā)明一等獎,產學研合作創(chuàng)新成果二等獎等獎勵。
