經(jīng)歷:2003年本科畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué),2008年獲中科院計(jì)算所博士學(xué)位,2010-2012年普林斯頓大學(xué)博士后,現(xiàn)為中科院計(jì)算所研究員,先進(jìn)計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)研究中心主任,中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)崗位教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,中國開放指令生態(tài)(RISC-V)聯(lián)盟秘書長。
學(xué)術(shù):研究方向是計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),包括數(shù)據(jù)中心體系結(jié)構(gòu)、處理器芯片敏捷設(shè)計(jì)、開源芯片生態(tài)等。擔(dān)任國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、自然基金委、中科院戰(zhàn)略性先導(dǎo)科技專項(xiàng)、計(jì)算所-華為戰(zhàn)略合作項(xiàng)目等重大項(xiàng)目及課題負(fù)責(zé)人,主持研制多款達(dá)到國際先進(jìn)水平的系統(tǒng),包括訪存監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)HMTT、標(biāo)簽化體系結(jié)構(gòu)Labeled RISC-V原型芯片、面向芯片敏捷設(shè)計(jì)的RISC-V系統(tǒng)級(jí)原型驗(yàn)證服務(wù)SERVE平臺(tái)等,相關(guān)技術(shù)已在華為、阿里、Intel等國內(nèi)外企業(yè)應(yīng)用。在國際會(huì)議期刊發(fā)表了50余篇論文,活躍于國際計(jì)算機(jī)體系結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)術(shù)前沿,長期受邀擔(dān)任ASPLOS、ISCA、MICRO、SC等CCF-A類國際頂級(jí)會(huì)議程序委員會(huì)委委員,擔(dān)任IEEE MICRO??匮妥庉嫛H頂級(jí)論壇Dagstuhl Seminar共同主席。
榮譽(yù):入選華為2015年全球合作五個(gè)代表成果寫入其年報(bào)、獲阿里巴巴最佳合作項(xiàng)目獎(jiǎng)。曾兩次獲計(jì)算所優(yōu)秀論文一等獎(jiǎng),獲“CCF-Intel青年學(xué)者”獎(jiǎng),入選2016年中國計(jì)算機(jī)大會(huì)特邀大會(huì)報(bào)告、ARM2018全球研究峰會(huì)三個(gè)特邀大會(huì)報(bào)告之一、中科院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會(huì)優(yōu)秀會(huì)員,獲“CCF-IEEE CS”青年科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)、共青團(tuán)中央“全國向上向善好青年”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
