中國科學院計算技術研究所研究員、博士生導師,中國通信標準化協(xié)會理事,北京市科技新星。2013年11月至2014年11月,美國德克薩斯大學奧斯汀分校訪問學者。先后承擔國家自然科學基金重點項目及面上項目、國家973課題、工信部寬帶無線重大專項、國家發(fā)改委中國下一代互聯(lián)網(CNGI)項目10余項,在IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing、IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、IEEE Transactions on Communications、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications、INFOCOM、MobiHoc、ICDCS、IJCAI等國內外重要學術期刊和國際會議上發(fā)表論文60余篇,獲得專利授權33項(含標準核心專利8項),專利受理46項,軟件登記16項。
